RETURNS

If you are not happy with the goods ordered, please return in perfect condition, unused and unopened, including all packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This does not apply to Special Offer goods which are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return an item please contact our Customer Care Team by contacting info@thelash-line.com to discuss details of the return. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.

You will be responsible for all return fees incurred when posting items back to The Lash Line, we recommend you note down your tracking number for the return/proof of posting. The Lash Line will not be held liable for any loss or damage which is incurred as a result of any shipping service used.

You will receive a refund when your return has reached The Lash Line warehouse and checked by our team.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care Team via info@thelash-line.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.

We recommend for your own protection to send returns via tracked delivery as you are liable for the items until it reaches our warehouse.

In the event that the exchange costs less than the original, The Lash Line will refund you or provide you with store credit for the difference.
