Usage of Lashes

  1. Preparation: Before application, ensure your natural lashes are clean and makeup-free. Trim the silk false lashes to fit your eye shape if necessary.
  2. Application: Apply a thin layer of lash adhesive along the band of the false lashes. Wait a few seconds for the adhesive to become tacky before carefully placing the lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible. Use tweezers or a lash applicator for precise placement.

Care of Lashes

  1. When Lash extensions are applied avoid touching them within the first couple of hours.
  2. Keep them as dry as possible for at least 24 hours, this will allow the glue to cure to your natural lashes strongly.
  3. Try to use oil-free products on your face/lashes.
  4. Avoid using mascara on eye lash extensions as this can cause clumping and flaking of the lashes reducing their lifespan.

By following these simple tips for usage and care, you can enjoy the beauty and durability of your silk lashes for multiple wears, ensuring you always look and feel the best.

Storage

Store your silk lashes in their original packaging or a clean, dry container to protect them from dust and debris. Avoid bending or crushing the lashes, as this can distort their shape.

Are Strip Lashes reusable?

All our strip lashes are reusable and can be worn multiple times.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When PayPal is selected as a payment, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you will have the option to pay us (The Lash Line ) using your existing PayPal account or via credit / debit card.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

We normally dispatch orders within one working day. However, dispatch time may vary at busier periods such as Christmas.

Once order has been dispatched the following delivery estimates apply. (UK only).

Guaranteed Next day Delivery

Orders will need to be placed by 3pm the day before to receive your order by 1pm the next day. This delivery option will be tracked.

Is my order tracked?

When orders are sent via Royal Mail, you will be provided with a tracking number. In some cases this will only update once delivery of your order has been successful or if there's been an attempt to deliver your order.

Simply enter the provided tracking number into the Royal Mail website

Where is my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email. This means that your order has left our warehouse in the UK and is on it's way to you.

You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

In the event that you have entered your email address incorrectly, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.

What does my order status mean?

Unfulfilled - Payment has been received, your order has been received by our warehouse and is being picked and packed for shipping.

Fulfilled -Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. A tracking reference will be provided to you in an email.

I haven't received an order email / shipment email?

Automated ordering and shipment emails are sent to the email address you used when placing your order. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please ensure that you check your junk / spam folder before contacting us about your order.

Please note, if you entered your email address incorrectly when you placed your order.

Can I amend my order once its been placed?

We're quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Prior to your order being dispatched, we might be able to amend your order details. Please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will see if we can help.

However, we cannot amend any details after your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing options?

Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk purchasing options for lash professionals and retailers. Please contact our Customer Service Team on our Contact us form for more information and pricing details.

How long will you have access to Course videos

Once you have been given access to course materials you will be given access for 90 days to complete your course.

After 90 days you will no longer have access to course materials.

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?

Yes you will receive a Certificate of Completion once you have completed all modules of the E-learning course.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care Team via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.

We recommend for your own protection to send returns via tracked delivery as you are liable for the items until it reaches our warehouse.

In the event that the exchange costs less than the original, The Lash Line will refund you or provide you with store credit for the difference.

Returns

If you are not happy with the goods ordered, please return in perfect condition, unused and unopened, including all packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This does not apply to Special Offer goods which are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return an item please contact our Customer Care Team to discuss details of the return. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.

You will be responsible for all return fees incurred when posting items back to The Lash Line, we recommend you note down your tracking number for the return/proof of posting. The Lash Line will not be held liable for any loss or damage which is incurred as a result of any shipping service used.

You will receive a refund when your return has reached The Lash Line warehouse and has been checked by our team.

The products I have received are incorrect / faulty. What do I do?

If you have received the wrong items / quantity of items in your order or an item was damaged in transit, please let us know via our contact form

If applicable, we’ll either send out a replacement or provide you with a refund.

Delivery

Once order has been dispatched the following delivery estimates apply.

Guaranteed Next day Delivery

First Class Delivery

Although Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, they are unable to provide a guaranteed service.

Please allow 1-3 working days after items have been dispatched.

International Delivery

All international orders will be dispatched the same day if order is placed before 4.30pm Mon-Fri. This order will be tracked and should arrive between 5-10 working business days.

Please check if import duties and taxes are payable upon arrival of items.

We currently ship to customers all over the world, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of The Lash Line. The customer will be liable to pay in full.
