We do not accept returns or give refunds due to hygiene reasons. Alternatively, we can provide you with store credit.
All returns must be received in the same condition and packaging we sent them in. Postage charges will not be refunded. Please contact us before you send anything back.
To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused and in a resalable condition. If returns arrive in a poor or unsalable condition a refund will not be available. You are solely responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us.
We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason. We will advise the customer how to return the item/s and if an item arrives faulty or damaged return costs will not be covered.
E-Learning products are non-refundable.
